Event Cost $ 400/hr.
Minimum $ 2400
Required Cleaning fee: $175
Based on 120 guest private event.
Does not include production assistance
PA rental, sound/lighting designers, table/chair set-up, catering, etc. for addition fee
Casting session or Film Shoot Pricing
Monday - Sunday
Shoot Cost $ 200/hr.
Minimum $ 4 hr. block
Required Cleaning fee: $175
Photography Shoot Pricing:
Monday-Sunday
Shoot Cost $ 100hr.
Minimum $ 200/2 hr. block
Monday - Sunday
Photography Crews of more than 10 are considered film crews

Hangar 1018 Rental Policy
Basic:
The base facility rental price is $1500 (Sunday-Thursday) and $2500 (Friday/Saturday). Security will be hired according to the anticipated attendance for the event and the total rental fee will reflect the expense. Please ask to see our production services and price list for any additional event needs you may have. Liability is to be assumed by the event holder. To confirm your event, please submit a signed liability waiver, proof of insurance listing Hangar 1018 as an additional insured, a $175 non-refundable clean-up fee, and 1/2 the base rental fee. Booking Confirmation is required a min. of 5 weeks prior to a scheduled rental.

Hangar1018 DOES NOT provide:
Bar/Bartender. Clients are welcome to hire in outside licensed catering/bar tending services.

*All items, art, props, etc. brought into the Hangar for events and shoots must be removed by the client's party in accordance with contract terms. Negligence will result in forfeiture of cleaning deposit plus additional storage fees.

If your event requires additional production assistance, please do not hesitate to ask for our event staff and services menu, i.e., PA rental, sound/lighting designers, table/chair set-up, catering, etc. We will be happy to accommodate any and all of your production needs.
