100% of the proceeds from the door will be donated to America's Second Harvest - The Nations Food Bank Network to support their hurricane katrina disaster relief efforts.




America’s Second Harvest will direct 100% of donations collected for Hurricane Katrina for disaster-relief activities and will assist their food banks in providing food to the people in need.




additionally, at this event we will also be collecting any non-perishable food items, dry-storage goods, & toiletries. any donation will be helpful, however the following items are most needed:




anything for hydration such as bottled water, gatorade, sports drinks, bottled juices & teas...




hand-held snacks such as granola and energy bars, breakfast bars, beef jerky...




canned meals (especially items that are ready to eat and require no preparation) such as hearty soups, stews, chili, beans & anything high in protein,




baby food & formula, diapers, toothbrushes & toothpaste, deodorant
